[origin: EP0690150A1] The quick-closure adaptor for current supply and drive is intended for rotating printing cylinders(15) undergoing plating in galvanic baths. It has the following constituent parts: a) a current take-up device, in particular, a movable a current take-up cylinder (11); b) a movable current supply unit consisting of a tubular feed element (16) and an annular piston (14) sliding in the take-up cylinder (11) so that an electric contact is maintained; and c) a seating and fixing arrangement for the shaft end (13) or a shaft end extension of the cylinder (11). <IMAGE>
