Abstract (en)

The angle flange ring (18) for a ring spinner and the traveller (20) are structured so that the gap (GDL) between them is max. 0.3 mm. and esp. 0.2 mm., at the tangent point (P) of a tangent (T) measured along the length of the spindle axis (A), and with a tangent angle ( alpha ) of 45 degrees to the spindle axis (A), when the traveller (20) in the working position has its ring running surface (202) as close as possible against the running surface of the ring (18). Pref. the yarn running surface (200) of the traveller (20) runs radially outwards to the spindle axis (A) in the widest possible arc. It has a curve radius (R) at the yarn running surface (200) which does not decrease with a tangent angle ( alpha ) of 0-55 degrees . <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

In einer Ringspinnmaschine mit einer Verdichtungseinrichtung (8) im Bereich des Streckwerks (2) ist der Läufer (20) so an den Ring (18) angepasst, dass sich am Ende der Kopsreise, also bei Fertigstellung des Kopses (28), ein Garndurchlass (GDL) von maximal 0.2 mm zwischen Ring (18) und Läufer (20) ergibt. Damit wird das Abtrennen auch kurzer Fasern vom Garn (14) begünstigt, wodurch eine Schmierung zwischen Ring (20) und Läufer (18) verbessert ist. <IMAGE>
