The system has the knife contacts (2) supported by a plastics holder (1) with their insertion zones aligned with one another, before fitting to the back wiring board (5) via an insertion stamp (7). The holder is removed from the inserted knife contacts by the retraction the insertion stamp. Pref. the knife contacts are positioned relative to one another by a sliding apertured rail (4) on the side of the holder facing the back wiring board, the apertures over-sized relative to the width of the knife contacts, to provide limited positioning tolerance. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Um bei der Bestückung von Rückwandleiterplatten mit Kontaktmessern die Zentrierleisten mehrmals zu verwenden, sind die Kontaktmesser (2, 12) mit ihren Einpreßzonen in lagerichtiger Zuordnung zueinander in einer als Zentrierleiste dienenden Messerhalterung (1, 11) aus Kunststoff eingesetzt. Die in die Messerhalterung (1, 11) eingesetzten Kontaktmesser (2, 12) werden mittels eines Einpreßstempels (7, 17) aus der Messerhalterung (1, 11) in die Rückwandleiterplatte (5, 15) eingepreßt und beim Zurückfahren des Einpreßstempels (7, 17) wird die Messerhalterung (1, 11) von den Kontaktmessern (2, 12) abgezogen. <IMAGE>
