Abstract (en)
An element heats the contents of a crucible and consists of a cylindrical hollow body (5) which is a series of meandering sections (7) each separated from the adjacent section by a slit (6). The novelty is that transitional zone from one section to the next is rounded. The margins (9) of the curved (7) meandering sections are of radius R whose dimension is approximately the same as the cross-section length L of one half (7a) of the meandering section.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Heizelement zum Beheizen von Schmelztiegeln, bestehend aus einem zylinderförmigen Hohlkörper, der durch Schlitze in meanderförmige Segmente geteilt ist. Um ein verbessertes Heizelement zu entwickeln, das weniger verschleißanfällig ist und das zur Zucht von Einkristallen geeigneter ist, wird vorgeschlagen, die Übergänge zwischen den Seitenflächen der Meander zu runden.
