Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9421684A1] A short polypeptide, typically in the range 7-35 amino acid residues, that contains a Botulinum toxin T cell epitope and is useful for administration to a mammal as part of a vaccination therapy. Following administration of the polypeptide, an individual has an enhanced response to known botulinum toxin vaccines, such as toxoid vaccine; thus the effects of the vaccine can be improved and increased. Polypeptide formulations and vaccination methods are described.
