Abstract (en)
The lifting column (20) and three linear drive pieces (36) are positioned in the corners of a rectangle. The top part (46) is joined to a guide element (50) by the additional Cardan link (48) roughly in the diagonal intersection of the rectangle. The guide element is vertically adjustable but moves on the lifting frame (30,32,34) without twisting. The lifting frame has a hollow middle column (32) contg. the guide element. The top of the middle column is joined by a radical arm (30) to the top of the lifting column (30). The bottom of the middle column is joined to a three-armed support (34) near whose free ends the linear drive pieces are linked. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Stützsäule zur Halterung einer Patientenlagerfläche eines Operationstisches hat ein Fußteil (18) und ein Kopfteil (46), das zur Verbindung mit der Patientenlagerfläche bestimmt ist und mittels einer innerhalb der Stützsäule angeordneten Verstelleinrichtung relativ zum Fußteil (18) in der Höhe verstellt und um horizontale Raumachsen geschwenkt werden kann. Die Verstelleinrichtung eine auf dem Fußteil (18) stehende Hubsäule umfaßt, deren oberes Ende mit einem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) verbunden ist das eine Mehrzahl von parallel zur Hubsäule (20) gerichteten Linearantrieben (36) hat, die jeweils mit einem ihrer Enden kardanisch an dem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) und mit dem jeweils anderen Ende kardanisch an dem Kopfteil (46) angelenkt sind, wobei das Kopfteil (46) über mindestens ein weiteres Kardangelenk (48) mit dem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) verbunden ist. Die verdrehsicher ausgebildete Hubsäule (20) und drei Linearantriebe (36) sind - in der Draufsicht betrachtet - mindestens annähernd in den Ecken eines Rechteckes angeordnet, wobei das Kopfteil (46) über das weitere Kardangelenk (48) annähernd im diagonalen Schnittpunkt des Rechteckes mit einem Führungselement (50) verbunden ist, das vertikal verstellbar aber unverdrehbar an dem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) geführt ist. <IMAGE>
