[origin: EP0691216A1] The neck section (5) is separated from the supply chamber (2) of the container (1) by a dividing wall (6). One end (8) of a rising pipe (9) opens into the supply chamber. The other pipe end (10) is connected to the supply chamber near its base (11). The supply chamber has a ventilation bore, which opens into the neck section. The ventilation bore is sealed during the refill process by a housing part (14) of the implement (12), when this is inserted into the neck section. The neck section is enclosed by the supply chamber. Ring-shaped seals are located on either side of the ventilation bore. <IMAGE>
