Abstract (en)
The rotating parts of the crane are driven by gearing from an electric motor controlled by an actuator in response to measurements of its rotational speed and torque. When the load suspended from the jib is swinging forwards during run-up of the motor and rotation of the jib, the driving torque is reduced as the speed increases. When the load is swinging backwards the torque is maintained at a substantially constant value. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Drehwerk für einen unten oder oben drehenden Turmdrehkran ist mit einem Elektromotor versehen, der über ein Getriebe die zu drehenden Kranmassen antreibt. Dabei wird der Motor durch eine Betätigungseinrichtung gesteuert. Um eine feinfühlige und genaue Steuerung der Drehbewegung des Auslegers des Turmdrehkrans zu ermöglichen, sind Einrichtungen zur Messung der Motordrehzahl und des Motormoments vorgesehen. Während des Anfahr- und Drehbetriebes wird bei einer sich aufgrund der vorpendelnden Last erhöhenden Motordrehzahl das Antriebsmoment gegen Null abgesenkt und beim Rückpendeln der Last wird das Antriebsmoment im wesentlichen beibehalten. <IMAGE>
