Abstract (en)
The subassembly includes a single member (4) cut from a bimetallic plate such that one portion consists entirely of copper (4A) and a second portion (4B) is entirely steel. The copper portion (4A) has two legs one of which (31) is a sliding fit in an adjustable (7) contact box (6). The second copper leg is soldered to the base (9) of a bimetallic strip (3) whose upper end is in turn connected to a moving switch contact (5). The steel portion (4B) of the member (4) acts as an arcing horn for the circuit breaker. <IMAGE>

Un sous-ensemble thermique (1), adapté à être intégré dans un circuit de disjoncteur comportant, entre une borne d'entrée et une borne de sortie, un couple contact fixe-contact mobile associé à une chambre d'extinction d'arc, comprend une pièce monobloc (4), obtenue par découpage et pliage d'une plaque bimétallique, dont une partie en cuivre (4A) est en prise, d'une part, avec une cage de borne (6) et, d'autre part, par l'intermédiaire d'une patte (35), avec un déclencheur thermique à bilame (3), et dont une partie en acier (4B) forme corne inférieure d'extinction d'arc dudit circuit. <IMAGE>
