Abstract (en)
The method involves the grinding material being accelerated by the blades (7) of a first rotor (6) and pulverized against the blades (9) of an oppositely rotating rotor (8). The pulverized material strikes at a low angle a filter (5) in the path of movement of the rotor (6) and is separated into fractions. The remaining coarse fractions are passed on in the direction of movement and subjected to renewed acceleration, impact and filtering. The first and third grinding stages take place in separate work areas (12,13) of the chamber (4). Acceleration and impact alternate cyclically in two intermediate zones which are connected together by streams of insufficiently pulverised material. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Prallvermahlung, insbesondere von körnigem Mahlgut wie Getreide oder Würfel sowie eine Prallmühle zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Das Verfahren ist gekennzeichnet durch in einer Kammer einer Prallmühle gegensinnig umlaufende und angetriebene Rotoren (6,8) mit Schaufeln (7,9) zur Beschleunigung bzw. Prallung des Mahlgutes unter Richtungsumkehr. Gemahlen wird in mindestens zwei Stufen, wobei jede Stufe in voneinander getrennten Arbeitsbereichen (12,13) erfolgt und nach jeder Stufe die Feinfraktion abgetrennt wird. Die Rückführung der Grobfraktion erfolgt durch Kanäle (14,15), die eine Fortsetzung eines Siebes (5) darstellen. Durch diese Verfahrensweise sinken der Energieaufwand und der Verschleiss spürbar. <IMAGE>
