Abstract (en)
The transport palette (10) has a floor (11) supported by runners (12) which are removable from under the floor. The floor is supported by jacks (18) which allow varying the height of the floor from the ground. The floor has a structure capable of sustaining loads when it is carried by the jacks. Each runner comprises a base plate which rests on the ground and a foam shock-absorbing block (14) between the floor and the base plate. The foam block is fixed between the base plate and a small board (15) which is screwed to the floor. A lateral plank (17) fixed to the foam block and/or the runner base plate absorbs horizontal shocks. The loads are held by two removable flanges (20) fixed to the floor and the load. <IMAGE>

La palette (10) de transport d'une charge (19) comprend un plancher (11) et des moyens de support du plancher comprenant deux patins (12) montés amoviblement sous le plancher et des vérins (18) permettant de faire varier la hauteur du plancher par rapport au sol, le plancher ayant une structure capable de soutenir le poids de la charge lorsqu'il est porté par les vérins. Des brides (20) en équerre fixent la charge au plancher. La dépalettisation consiste à enlever les patins en rehaussant le plancher, puis à abaisser le plancher et à déplacer la charge par translation horizontale. L'invention s'applique plus particulièrement au transport d'objets lourds, volumineux et fragiles, tels que des armoires de machines informatiques. <IMAGE>
