Abstract (en)
The floating sleeve (8) is supported by the plunger (7) of the high pressure pump, cooperating with the end face of the plunger for defining the pump working space. The sleeve has a winding core (9) with opposing end flanges defining a winding space, receiving a tensioned metal wire, plastics, or fibre winding (14) and a central bore in which the plunger is fitted. Pref. the tensioning of the winding is equal or greater than the pressure within the inner space of the sleeve when the high pressure pump is in operation. The winding core is pref. made of ceramics, bronze, or steel. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
2.1 Die Zielsetzung besteht darin, eine Hülse der genannten Art so zu gestalten, daß sie im Pumpenbetrieb bei wechselnden Druckbelastungen höchsten Innendrücken ausgesetzt und preisgünstig gefertigt werden kann. 2.2 Die Hülse (8) weist einen Wickelkern (9) auf, in dessen durch Flanschscheiben stirnseitig begrenzten Wickelraum eine Wicklung (14) eines vorgespannten Drahtes aus Metall, Kunststoff oder aus einem Fasermaterial angeordnet ist. Der Wickelkern ist mit einer durchgehenden, mittigen Bohrung versehen, in die der Plunger (7) eingreift. 2.3 Diese schwimmend auf dem Plunger gelagerte Hülse wird bei Hochdruckplungerpumpen vorzugsweise im Arbeitsbereich oberhalb 1.000 bar eingesetzt. <IMAGE>
