Abstract (en)

The firearm is equipped with a sliding hand-grip (5), and consists of a body with a barrel and an axially-moving cooking assembly (6) to which the hand-grip is attached. A guide system (11,12) tilts the rear end of the hand-grip downwards as it is pulled back, while its front end travels for a distance beneath the body. The moving assembly (6) comprises a slider (7) and a guide (9) which is fixed to the body and a control rod (8). The hand-grip fits around the slider, at least a part of the guide and a part of the control rod(s) when in its forward position. The guide system includes at least one groove (12) inside the hand-grip and a projection (11) on or in front of the body to interact with it, while the groove itself has an inclined portion (18) to tilt the hand-grip. <IMAGE>

Fusil pourvu d'un garde-main mobile commandant l'armement, ce fusil comprenant une carcasse (1), un canon (2) monté sur cette carcasse (1) et s'étendant axialement, une partie (6) mobile en direction axiale par rapport à cette carcasse (1) et commandant un mécanisme d'armement monté dans la carcasse (1), le garde-main (5) étant fixé à cette partie mobile (6) et guidé par des moyens de guidage, caractérisé en ce que le garde-main (5) est fixé d'une manière basculante à la partie mobile (6), tandis que les moyens de guidage (11-12) du garde-main (5) sont de nature à faire basculer le garde-main (5) vers le bas lorsqu'il est déplacé en arrière, de telle manière que l'autre extrémité du garde-main (5) puisse se mouvoir sur une distance par-dessous la carcasse (1). <IMAGE>
