[origin: WO9422757A1] In order to drive a load-carrying device (22 to 24) guided on a supporting spar (12), a driving strip (1) provided with recesses (4) which are regularly spaced apart is secured to the supporting spar. The recesses (4) interlockingly engage a motor-driven wheel (14, 15) of the load-receiving arrangement. In an advantageous embodiment, the recesses are defined by squared blocks (38 and 39) of constant length secured at regular spaces on the supporting spar.
