[origin: EP0693375A2] The system is used for regulating the temp. of separate fluid circuits (2,42), for the wetting water (4), for wet offset printing and for the printing machine cooling water (44), respectively. Each circuit contains a heat exchanger (14,16), with a cooling device (18) coupled to the heat exchanger (14) in the wetting water circuit, which lies in heat exchange with the heat exchanger (16) of the second fluid circuit. The second fluid circuit contains a heating heat exchanger (66), connected in parallel with the first heat exchanger section (50) of this circuit via a switching valve (70), operated in dependence on the heating or cooling requirements. <IMAGE>
