Abstract (en)
The container consists of a dispensing head with a nozzle and an outlet closed by a detachable cap, and a tubular body (7) with an inner sleeve (8). The body and sleeve are connected at one end to a collar around the dispensing head, and are closed at the other end. The tubular body is made from a material which returns to its original shape after it has been squeezed, while the inner sleeve is of a more supple material and contains the product to be dispensed. A non-return valve prevents air from escaping from the space between the body and sleeve. The inner sleeve has a double wall and can be made from a single sheet of material folded in half and rolled, with the free edges joined together. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne les emballages distributeurs pour produits visqueux, crémeux ou en pâte, ainsi qu'une méthode de fabrication pour ces emballages distributeurs. Le corps (6) de l'emballage suivant l'invention, en substance tubulaire, comporte une enveloppe intérieure (8), apte à contenir le produit à distribuer, et une enveloppe extérieure (7) capable de céder à la pression et de reprendre ensuite, en substance, sa forme initiale. Le corps (6) comporte une couche externe (40) sans discontinuité, en forme de manchon, une couche médiane (39) et une couche interne (81), réalisées à partir d'au moins une feuille de matériau enroulée sur elle-même à l'intérieur de la couche interne. Le corps tubulaire (6) ainsi formé est ensuite soudé, par une de ses extrémités, à une tête (1) distributrice, l'autre extrémité étant fermée par une soudure ou placée sur une embase. L'emballage suivant l'invention s'applique notamment aux produits cosmétiques, aux produits d'hygiène et à des produits techniques. <IMAGE>
