Abstract (en)

The circuit breaker electromagnetic propellant mechanism includes an electromagnetic body (7) and a paddle mounted to pivot about a hinge (21). There is a fixed contact (3) and a mobile contact support arm (5) mounted pivotally about a hinge (22). A hammer (9) is formed by an elongated piece inserted between the paddle (8) and the mobile contact support arm. The hinge (21) of the paddle (8) and the hinge (22) of the mobile contact arm (5) are situated on the same side w.r.t. the electromagnetic body (7). The hammer (9) is connected to the paddle (8) at an intermediate point between the hinge (21) of the paddle and the end region of the paddle, at a level which may be magnetically attracted to the electromagnetic body (7). <IMAGE>

Propulseur électromagnétique pour disjoncteur basse tension, comprenant : un corps électromagnétique (7), une palette (8) montée de façon pivotante autour d'une articulation (21), un contact fixe (3), un bras de support de contact mobile (5) monté de façon pivotante autour d'une articulation (22), et un percuteur (9) constitué par une pièce allongée interposée entre la palette (8) et le bras de support de contact mobile (5). L'articulation (21) de la palette (8) et l'articulation (22) du bras de contact mobile (5) sont situées d'un même côté par rapport au corps électromagnétique (7) et le percuteur (9) est relié à la palette (8) en un point intermédiaire entre l'articulation (21) de la palette (8) et une zone d'extrémité de la palette (8) au niveau de laquelle elle est attirable magnétiquement vers le corps électromagnétique (7). <IMAGE>
