Abstract (en)
A woven material for use in a papermaking machine, has at least three layers of wefts (1, 2, 3) bonded by a band of warps (2), with the wefts (2) of the centre layer bonded into the material by the same warp system as for the upper (1) and lower (3) layers of wefts. The wefts of at least the centre layer (2) are virtually stretched in the woven structure, and the centre (2) wefts at least are of a material with a thermal shrinkage of at least 10% at 180 degrees C. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Gewebe zum Einsatz als Papiermaschinenbespannung od. dgl., besteht aus mindestens drei Lagen (1,2,3) von Schußfäden, die durch eine Schar von Kettfäden (4) abgebunden sind, wobei das Einbinden der mittleren Schußlage(n) (2) mit dem selben Kettfadensystem erfolgt, das auch die obere (1) und untere (3) Schußlage abbindet. Um eine verbesserte Wirkung solcher mehrlagiger Siebe beim Einsatz in Papiermaschinen zu erreichen, liegen die Schußfäden zumindest einer Mittellage (2) annähernd gestreckt im Gewebeverband, wobei diese Schußfäden zumindest einer Mittellage (2) aus einem Material bestehen, das einen Thermoschrumpf von mindestens 10 % bei 180° C aufweist. <IMAGE>
