[origin: EP0553665A1] The invention relates to a load-bearing scaffolding having vertically adjustable supports which exhibit an outer pipe (2) and an inner pipe (1), and having, arranged between said supports, reinforcements (8) and fastening means (11) for connecting the outer pipe (2) and reinforcement together. The invention consists in that the reinforcement (8) can be fastened both on the outer pipe (2) and on the inner pipe (1). As a result, the reinforcement (8) can be arranged at any height of an extended support, and a very high load-bearing capacity of the scaffolding is thus achieved. <IMAGE>
