Abstract (en)

The module (14, 22) has a lamp, particularly a glow-discharge lamp (1) and current supply leads (6a, 6b, 26a, 30a, 30b). The lamp (1) and the current leads (6a, 6b, 26a, 30a, 30b) are embedded in a block (3, 28) of at least partly transparent insulating material. The current leads connect the lamp (1) with external contacts. These contacts enable connection with an external power supply. The external contacts are formed as clamp elements (11a, 11b-13a, 13b). The clap elements each have a connector part (11a, 11b) connected to a current lead, and a clamp part (12a, 13a, 13b). The block (3) may have cut-out sections (10a, 10b) in its surface, in each of which a clamp element is inserted. The connector part (11a, 11b) is at least partly embedded in the block (3) and the clamp part (12, 13a, 13b) extends into the cut-out (10a, 10b). The clamp part preferably has at least two sprung arms (12a, 13a) connected at one end to the connector part (11a). The arms (12a, 13a) are bent such that the clamp part has a narrow part between the arms. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Eine Baueinheit mit einer Lampe, insbesondere einer Glimmlampe (1) ist in einen Block (3) aus mindestens teilweise transparentem Isoliermaterial eingebettet, wobei Stromzuführungen (6a;6b) die Lampe (1) mit Außenkontakten (11a-13a;11b-13b) verbinden, welche den Anschluß einer Versorgungsspannung ermöglichen. Die Außenkontakte (11a-13a;11b-13b) weisen jeweils ein mit einer Stromzuführung (6a,6b) verbundenes Anschlußteil (11a,11b) und ein Klemmteil (12a,13a;13b) auf. Die Klemmteile (12a,13a;13b) erstrecken sich jeweils innerhalb einer, an der Bodenfläche (9) des Blocks (3) angeordneten zugehörigen Vertiefung (10a,10b), wobei die Anschlußteile (11a,11b) mindestens teilweise in den Block (3) eingebettet sind. In einer weiteren alternativen Ausführung kann mindestens einer der Außenkontakte einen streifenförmigen oder flächig ausgebildeten Kontaktbereich aufweisen, z.B. eine Anschlußfläche eines teilweise in den Block (3) eingebetteten Vorwiderstands (276) in SMD-Technik, der sich über einen Teilbereich der Oberfläche des Blocks erstreckt. <IMAGE>
