[origin: EP0694986A1] The cable (10) includes an inner conductor (11) with an outer circular isolating section (12). A thin metallic layer (13) is wrapped around the outside of the cable. The metallic section has a series of windows (17) placed along the axis, with gaps (d1,d2) between the windows.
