Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0694995A1] The electric connector includes a flexible section (1) that forms part of a male multiple pin connector. The section has outer protruding lips (4) which position the male connector on the female connector. The section has a number of shaped holes (3) passing through it each of which holds a connector pin. The lower cylindrical section, which is wider than the pin, forms part of the pin housing. There are two outer cylindrical sections (3a,3d) which are the same diameter as the pins, with an inner double cone section (3b,3c), allowing the section to flex as pins are inserted. <IMAGE>
