Abstract (en)
The infrared radiant element (1) incorporates a reflector (4) encompassing two infrared discharge tubes (3) in a housing with a rectangular or circular opening (8). The two tubes have separate controls so that they can be switched on and off and their intensities increased or reduced independently. A computer program allows for differences in length and style of hair in timing the operation of the tubes, according to whether or not a blower is in use and whether special treatment such as perming is called for.

Bei einem Haarbehandlungsgerät mit mindestens einem Strahlerelement 1, z. B. einem Infrarotstrahlerelement, sind mindestens zwei Strahlerquellen 2 vorgesehen. Diese Strahlerquellen 2, z.B. Infrarotstrahler 3, werden unabhängig voneinander angesteuert. Dadurch ist es möglich, die Strahlungscharakteristik eines Strahlerelementes 1 zu verändern. <IMAGE>
