Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0695611A2] The production process uses a multiply perforated mouthpiece (20) which, over its length and/or periphery of a material extrusion press, is moved into a closed press mould (11,12) and the press mould is filled with material. The mouthpiece and the press mould are rotated relatively to one another and after withdrawal of the mouthpiece a rubber bladder is fed into the resultant space, being then set under pressure, the pressure being maintained for a predetermined time period. The rubber bladder is set under pressure with a gas, e.g. compressed air. A high pressure of at least 70 bars is maintained for a few minutes. The two-part press mould has a porous cladding and a material extrusion press is provided with a wave mixer and a delivery worm.
