Abstract (en)
Each actuator (1) has electrodes (13,14) applied to both sides. One electrode is divided into eight parallel segments (13.1,13.8) overlying an active region (11). The other electrode (14) extends without interruption over the underside and part of the topside of an inactive region (12). The electrodes of identically constructed actuators are contacted directly by the conductors of a ribbon cable for control purposes. In mfr. there are several possible sequences of structuring and attachment to the diaphragm plate after metallisation and polarisation of the piezoelectric (pref. PZT) slab.

Ein beidseitig mit Elektroden (13,14) belegte Piezoaktor (1) hat einen aktiven Bereich (11) und einen inaktiven Bereich (12), in den eine Elektrode (14) von der Gegenseite über eine Stirnfläche (15) erstreckt ist. Mehrere Piezoaktoren n x 1 haben einen gemeinsamen inaktiven Bereich (12). Die Elektroden (13,14) der identisch aufgebauten Piezoaktoren n x 1 sind unmittelbar mit Anschlußleitungen (20,21) bis 2n eines Bandkabels (2) für die Steuerung kontaktiert. Es ist auch möglich, die Kontaktierung über ein Anschlußmodul (3) mit den Anschlußleitungen (20,21) bis (2n) eines entsprechend konfektionierten Bandkabels vorzunehmen. Beim Herstellungsverfahren gibt es nach der Metallisierung einer Piezoplatte (01) und deren Polarisierung mehrere Möglichkeiten der Reihenfolge der Strukturierung und Befestigung auf der Membranplatte (6). <IMAGE>
