Abstract (en)
Sack is filled with bulk material by a method in which the material is put in the sack, pref. formed from a polyethylene film tube, and the sack is sealed and then perforated by needles (7) mounted on a plate (4) and operated by a piston-cylinder unit over a specific area. The sack is then positioned so that the perforated area is precisely under an extractor (5) which removes air or air-dust mixture from the sack. The perforated area is then moved under a labelling unit (6) which applies a label.

Mit einem Verfahren zum Abfüllen von Schüttgut in Säcke (3), bei dem Schüttgut in der gewünschten Menge in einen Sack (3) abgefüllt, der Sack (3) verschlossen und anschließend bereichsweise perforiert wird, soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, mit der es möglich ist, abgefüllte Säcke zu erhalten, die nahezu luftfrei sind, d.h. nur mit Schüttgut gefüllt sind. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die nach dem Perforieren im Sack (3) enthaltene Luft durch die Perforierung hindurch abgesaugt und nachfolgend der Sack (3) im Bereich der Perforierung wieder dicht verschlossen wird. <IMAGE>
