Abstract (en)

Washing agent comprises 10-80 wt.% partly dehydrated kanemite with very finely divided Na percarbonate adsorbed on its surfaces (kanemite/NaPC), 5-40 wt.% surfactant(s), 0-5 wt.% enzymes, 0-1 wt.% optical brightener and usual ancillaries. Up to 31 wt.% sodium percarbonate (NaPC) is adsorbed on the surface of the kanemite. The kanemite/NaPC is obtd. by (a) (partly) reacting a Na silicate, essentially delta -Na2Si2O5, with CO2 and water, with constant agitation, to form a kanemite/NaHCO3 mixt.; (b) spraying water onto the mixt. and more of the Na silicate, with constant agitation, to form a kanemite/Na2CO3 mixt. (c) adding H2O2 in an amt. of 0.015-1.5 mole/mole of the Na silicate; and (d) drying the prod. at 20-150 degrees C.

Das Waschmittel besteht aus 10 bis 80 Gewichts%: teildehydratisiertem Kanemit mit an seiner Oberfläche in feinster Verteilung adsorbiertem Natriumpercarbonat (Kanemit/NaPC), 5 bis 40 Gewichts%: mindestens eines Tensids, 0 bis 5 Gewichts%: Enzyme, 0 bis 1 Gewichts%: optische Aufheller sowie üblichen Waschhilfsstoffen.
