Abstract (en)
The assembly for the selective coating o a moving web such as of paper or cardboard, for surface coating or impregnation, has an initial coating station (35) to coat one side of the web (40), following a dryer group (10). A further coating station is in front of a further drying group (12), to act on the other side of the web (40). The non-contact dryer (12) is formed by drying cylinders (30,30') acting as deflection rollers.

In einer Einrichtung zur wahlweisen Behandlung einer laufenden Bahn, vorzugsweise aus Papier oder Karton durch Oberflächenbeschichtung oder Imprägnieren, ist im Falle der Behandlung der Bahn wenigstens ein Streichaggregat (35) für die Behandlung der einen Seite der Bahn (40) einer Trockengruppe (10, 13) nachgeordnet. Wenigstens ein weiteres Streichaggregat (35') ist vor einer weiteren Trockengruppe (12) zur Behandlung der anderen Seite der Bahn (40) angeordnet. Außerdem sind den Streichaggregaten Mittel zur Bahnumlenkung nachgeordnet. Die Streichaggregate (35, 35'), berührungslos arbeitende Umlenkeinrichtungen (39, 39') sowie kontaktlose Trockner (21) können nachträglich in bereits vorhandene Trockenpartien eingebaut werden. <IMAGE>
