Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0695846A2] The door profile system comprises grooves (6,7) on one face side of the frame or case over its entire length. The grooves serve to hold specified functional elements (8) such as door openers and locks, plus the electrical wiring necessary for their actuation. The functional elements are fastened onto mounting plates (9) or are provided with mounting plates for insertion in the grooves. Cover plates are employed for the sections of the grooves not needed for an element.
