[origin: EP0696039A1] The control mechanism 916) includes a pair of connection rods (20,22) articulated to a rotation axis (24). The lower rod is coupled to a transversal cylinder (23) common to a pair of contacts (10,12). The cylinder can rotate between two positions: contact closed and opened. The mobile contact (12) is separated from its insulating support (28) by a spring (36). A shock absorber (64) includes a re-loading cam (62) and a telescopic link (90) with an integrated shock damper. A guide (92) receives the sliding head of the telescopic link. A main spring (106) is inserted between the sliding head and a base (108).
