[origin: WO9424980A1] A massage device with a handle (4) and a working part (6) rotatably mounted on the handle (4) is distinghuished by suction cups (16) arranged on the surfaces of the working part (6). The working part (6) is especially designed in the form of a cylinder or roller, with the suction cups (16) projecting essentially radially to the rotational axis of the working part (6) from its circumferential surface (12). A preferred embodiment provides in addition to the suction cups, nobby projections (18) that project essentially radially to the rotational axis of the working part (6) from its circumferential surface. The massage device (2) as per the invention is particularly well suited for cellulite treatment and lymph drainage.
