Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0696479A1] The packaging comprises an external rigid container (2) with an open neck (16) and an internal deformable container (1) with an open neck (17), containing the product. A manual pump (15) which distributes the product in single doses is mounted on the external container neck. A cap (3) seals the system. The volume (12) between the deformable and rigid containers receives outside air, when the pump is activated, through orifices (18,20) in the pump body (13) and the deformable container neck, and through ribbed passages (21) in the external container neck. A sealing joint (4) forms a non return valve against the air inlet orifice in the pump body. A special stop limits displacement of the pump piston (6), preventing passage to the outside of vapours or gases which have migrated from the inside of the container into the volume between containers when the pump is not activated.
