[origin: EP0696550A1] The connecting device has at least two connections for joining to at least two connections of a container (1), and comprises a ramp (2), a spring (3), elbow joints (4,5), between which is fitted a rod (6), a rotatable central tube (7) and a lever (8). Rotation of the lever through approximately 100 deg. presses the spring together and the rod is stretched with the elbow joints. The connections of the connecting device are tightly connected in parallel and simultaneously with the connections of the container. The connections serve for the feed and withdrawal of air to and from the container. The ramp is arranged on rails and with two containers arranged next to one another is connected to each individual container.
