Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0697369A1] The filling system uses a filling element (1) inserted in the filling opening of the container or bottle (7) with a fluid channel (10) controlled by a filling valve (16) and a gas flow path (13), for supplying an inert gas, e.g. carbon dioxide, for rinsing the evacuated container prior to each filling phase. The rinsing is effected in at least 2 rinsing cycles, via time-controlled supply of a defined quantity of the rinsing gas with evacuation of the container at the end of each cycle. The rinsing is controlled via an electronic control (36) and controlled valves (21,22) for the applied vacuum and the rinsing gas.
