Abstract (en)
The food handling process comprises taking the slices from a high-speed cutting machine, laying them in a preset manner and number and taking them on rapidly to a packing device. The slices fall onto an intermediate carrier (5) which undergoes at least a partial rotation during this process. A transporting device then takes the slices formed in the required portions via a transport device, the operation of which is dependent on the point in time at which the portion is ready. The portion may be removed from the intermediate carrier by means of a transporter belt (7) passing through it from below with the intermediate carrier at rest.

Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung beschrieben, die es ermöglichen, mittels einer Hochleistungsschneidemaschine gebildete Produktscheiben in vorgebbarer Weise und in vorgebbaren Mustern abzulegen und nach dem Ablagevorgang einer Verpackungseinrichtung in schneller Folge zuzuführen. <IMAGE>
