The fitting has a hollow track (1), which opens forwards, and which accommodates a sliding support for a continuously height- adjustable shower attachment. The support has a holder for the attachment, and contains a locking device. The track is located in the sidewall, and is formed from joining together correspondingly-shaped wall tiles. The track may have a circular, oval or rounded-off, multi-cornered cross-section, and at least one of the tiles may also have an opening in order to allow the insertion and removal of the sliding support.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einbau-Armatur zur höhenverstellbaren Anbringung einer Handbrause. Im Gegensatz zu den heute gebräuchlichen Wandstangen, die an der Wand montiert werden, wird bei der beschriebenen Neuerung eine Führungsschiene in Form einer nach vorn geöffneten Hohlschiene, die in der Wand befindlich ist, verwendet. Dabei wird die Hohlschiene durch speziell geformte Fliesen ausgebildet. Die Neuerung ist für alle gängigen Handbrausetypen geeignet. Die Erfindung dient einer schnellen, gründlichen und hygienischen Fliesenreinigung ohne störende auf der Wand montierte Teile und bietet den Vorteil von Verstellmöglichkeiten von Fußboden bis zur Decke ohne störende Wandstangen. Daneben bietet die Neuerung den Vorteil, daß Verletzungen, wie sie bisher z.B. durch Anstoßen an die Wandstange auftreten können, ausgeschlossen sind. <IMAGE>
