Abstract (en)

The aluminium evaporating plates include groove-shaped depressions (12) of a shape and size corresponding to the cross-section of the aluminum pipe coils which contain the refrigerator cooling medium (13). Approximately half the depth of the coil is contained within the depression. Tongue-shaped risen sections with flattened tops (16,17) are formed from the plate in between the depressions in order to hold the straight sections of the coil in place. The rounded ends of the coil are held by the edges of the evaporating plate, which are folded over into a U-shaped.

Ein Gefrierschrank besteht aus einem Gehäuse mit einem Korpusteil, dessen Innenraum durch eine Tür verschließbar ist. In dem Innenraum sind übereinander Fächer und/oder Schubladen angeordnet, denen jeweils zu den Fächern parallel verlaufende Plattenverdampfer (2,3) zugeordnet sind. Die Plattenverdampfer (2,3) bestehen aus im wesentlichen rechteckigen Metallplatten (10), auf denen die das Kältemittel führenden Rohrschlangen durch aus den Metallplatten (10) herausgebogene Zungen (17) gehaltert sind. Um bei gutem Wirkungsgrad eine kostengünstige Herstellung zu ermöglichen, sind in die Metallplatten (10) rinnenartige Vertiefungen (12) eingeprägt, in denen die Rohrschlangen liegen. <IMAGE>
