[origin: WO9428352A1] Gas burner (30) consisting of at least two concentric rings (33, 34) individually gas-fed and each having gas ejection outlets for structuring the burner flame into a plurality of concentric flames. The outer ring (33) gas ejection outlets are also designed to produce a regular gas flow, so that the corresponding flame forms a sonic curtain for the turbulence of the flame formed on the ring or on the inner rings (34).
