Abstract (en)
The switch-off unit has an adjusting element (23), standing and located int he motor shaft of the compressed air motor (4),a nd is in pressure conducting communication with the pressure building cylinder chamber of the impact mechanism. A torque related signal is transmitted to the switch-off unit across the adjusting element (23). With the reaching of a specified torque limit value, the pressure supply to the compressed air motor is interrupted. The adjusting element (23) reacts on a transverse beam (27), which is provided with at least one measurement value pick-up, designed pref. as a strain gauge strip (31). For determining a bending moment depending on a pulse pressure in the impact mechanism cylinder chamber (14), this bending moment is compared in a pref. electronic evaluation unit (40) with a specified torque limit value. When this is reached the switch-off unit is operated

Bei einem Hydro-Impulsschrauber zum Anziehen von Schraubverbindungen, mit einem Druckluftmotor, einem dem Druckluftmotor nachgeschalteten Impulseinheit für den pulsartigen Antrieb einer Abtriebswelle für das Werkzeug und einer Abschalteinrichtung zum drehmomentabhängigen Unterbrechen der Druckluftzufuhr zum Druckluftmotor, welche ein in der Motorwelle des Druckluftmotors gelagertes und in druckleitender Verbindung mit dem druckaufbauenden Zylinderraum der Impulseinheit stehendes Stellelement aufweist, über welches ein drehmomentbezogenes Signal auf eine Abschalteinrichtung gegeben wird, welche bei Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Drehmomentgrenzwertes die Druckluftzufuhr zum Druckluftmotor unterbricht, wirkt das Stellelement auf einen Biegebalken ein, der mit mindestens einem, vorzugsweise zwei als Dehnungsmeßstreifen ausgebildeten Meßwertaufnehmern zur Ermittlung eines vom Pulsdruck in der Zylinderkammer der Impulseinheit abhängigen Biegemoments versehen ist, welches in einer vorzugsweise elektronischen Auswerteeinrichtung mit einem vorgegebenen Drehmomentgrenzwert verglichen wird, bei dessen Erreichen die Abschalteinrichtung betätigt wird. <IMAGE>
