Abstract (en)

The arrangement involves several printing stations (6,8,10) for the printing of plastics foil webs, partic. PP,PS or PE foil (2), and has a flame drying station (12,14) arranged in the web feed direction behind the last printing station (10). The flame drying station has a gas nozzle (12) arranged on the printed side of the foil web. A cooling roller (16) is provided in the direct vicinity of or behind the flame drying station and behind the cooling roller is a lacquering station (18). Beyond this latter station is a hot air drying station (20) and a final cooling station.

Offenbart wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Trocknung einer im Offsetverfahren bedruckten Folienbahn (2), die durch mehrere Druckstationen (6;8;10) geführt ist, wobei in Bahnvorschubrichtung hinter einer letzten Druckstation die Folienbahn flammgetrocknet wird. <IMAGE>
