[origin: EP0699596A1] The dispenser has a valve (2) mounted on a container (1) of the product to be dispensed, with a rod (11) and a push-button (4) to actuate the valve. The push-button (4) has a stem (5) to interact with the rod and a duct (6) connecting it to a nozzle (8). The lower edge of the push-button fits inside a skirt (23) attached to the top of the container, with connecting tongues (18) joining their two surfaces prior to first use of the dispenser. The push-button has to be rotated to break the connector before it can be depressed, so that the unbroken connector serves as a guarantee that the dispenser has not been used.
