[origin: EP0699609A2] The straight cover elements (7) between the edges of the feed channel (2) and their end connections (8, 9) are bent from a single piece of wire as against the far ends of the elements which are joined to one another by bend (10) or loop, using round-wire throughout. The end bends or loops lie in a plane at right angles to the straight elements. The elements can be made from turns of wire laid along the feed channel line to enclose a hollow, so all bends and loops enclose their respective guide bars (6) in a system which resembles a spiral spring set at variable torsion over the channel below.
