The holder comprises a plastic twist sleeve (5) and an inner slotted tube (2) with a ring collar (8) which projects radially outwards on the end edge (9), relative to, and over the outer circumference of the twist sleeve. This forms a free space. The sleeve has a brake ring (10) of thinner wall thickness. The ring projects into the free space, and engages radially tensioned on the ring collar. The jacket surface (12) of the ring collar is conical in an axial direction. An end section (13) of the brake ring engages on the jacket surface. The brake ring may be one piece or have axial slots to divide it into individual brake parts (11).

Es gibt ein Lippenstiftgerät, bei dem eine Drallhülse 5 zwischen einem Widerlagerwulst und einem Ringsims 8 eines Schlitzrohres 2 angeordnet ist und dem Ringsims 8 eine Stirnkante 9 zuwendet. Dabei ist eine Bremseinrichtung zwischen der Drallhülse und dem Schlitzrohr erwünscht, die gleichmäßiger, ruhiger bzw. ruckfreier als bisher wirkt. Dies ist erreicht, indem der Ringsims 8 an der Stirnkante 9 gegenüber dem Außenumfang der Drallhülse 5 radial, über den Umfang Freiraum bildend, zurückspringt und indem die Drallhülse 5 sich einstückig in den Freiraum mit einem in der Wandstärke dünneren Bremsring 10 fortsetzt, der an dem Ringsims 8 unter radialer Spannung liegt. Der Bremsring ist mit der Drallhülse einstückig, wodurch die Herstellung und die Montage des Lippenstiftgerätes einfach gehalten sind. <IMAGE>
