Abstract (en)
The ground material and grinding aid body separating device (24) is separate from the stirrer grinder (1). It is attached to the discharge pipe (23) leading out of the grinding chamber (15) and has a housing (25) containing a rotor (31). The rotor is drivable independent of the rotary drive of the stirrer and centrifuges the grinding aid bodies (52) away from the ground material. The grinding container (11), ground material and grinding aid body discharge pipe (23), separating device (24) and ground material supply and grinding aid body return pipe (22) form a closed system. Only the ground material pump (53) set in the ground material supply pipe (51) serves as the conveyor device for the ground material and grinding aid bodies (52) in the pipe (22).

Eine Rührwerksmühle (1) ist mit einer von dieser gesonderten Mahlgut-Mahlhilfskörper-Trennvorrichtung (24) versehen, die einen drehantreibbaren Rotor (31) zur Trennung der Mahlhilfskörper (52) vom behandelten Mahlgut aufweist. Die Mahlhilfskörper (52) werden mit unbehandeltem Mahlgut zur Rührwerksmühle (1) zurücktransportiert. Die Trennvorrichtung (24) bildet zusammen mit der Rührwerksmühle (1) und den diese verbindenden Leitungen (22, 23) ein geschlossenes System. <IMAGE>
