Abstract (en)
The tin can has an end section (2) with an opening. The section is increased in size conically outwards towards the upper end (12). The edge of the foil (3) is fastened to the end section. The conical part may be formed by a contraction (21), so that the external diameters of end and central can sections are the same. The opening angle ( alpha ) in the conical end section can be approx. 7 deg. The top edge of the can jacket is flanged outwards. The foil consists of aluminium, and has a grip to peel it off. The outer diameter of the can base is smaller by the size of the flanging, than the inner diameter of the top end section edge.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dose (1), insbesondere eine Blechdose, deren Öffnung von einer abziehbaren, mit einer Siegel-Beschichtung versehene Folie (3) verschlossen ist. Die Dose besitzt einen die Öffnung umfassenden Endabschnitt (2), in dem der Dosenquerschnitt sich zum oberen Ende hin nach außen konisch erweitert, wobei die Folie mit einem Randbereich an diesem konischen Endabschnitt befestigt ist. Der konische Endabschnitt wird insbesondere durch einen Einzug (21) so ausgebildet, daß der Außendurchmesser der Dose im Bereich dieses konischen Endabschnitts nicht größer ist als am Boden der Dose. <IMAGE>
