The device has a transporter (10), which is moveable in a transportation direction (11) extending parallel to a pick-up axis. A loading platform (16) for the paper roll moves on the transporter in a horizontal plane, at right angles to that axis, and/or pivoted about a vertical axis (20). The unwinding device has an associated alignment unit (28). This is moved into engagement with the loading platform when it is in front of the unwinding device. The alignment unit has at least one drive to move the platform at right angles to the pivot axis and/or to pivot it about that axis.

Eine Papierrollen-Transport- und Ausricht-Einrichtung für eine Papierverarbeitungs-Abrolleinrichtung weist eine Transportvorrichtung (1o) auf, die in einer parallel zu einer Aufnahmeachse (7) verlaufenden Transportrichtung (11) verschiebbar ist. Auf der Transportvorrichtung (1o) ist eine Ladeplatte (16) zur Aufnahme einer Papierrolle (6) angeordnet. Die Ladeplatte (16) ist in einer Horizontalebene quer zur Aufnahmeachse (7) verschiebbar und/oder um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (2o) verschwenkbar angebracht. Der Abrolleinrichtung ist eine Ausrichtvorrichtung (28) zugeordnet, die mit der Ladeplatte (16) in deren Stellung vor der Abrolleinrichtung in Eingriff bringbar ist. Die Ausrichtvorrichtung (28) weist mindestens einen Antrieb zum Verschieben der Ladeplatte (16) quer zur Schwenkachse (2o) und/oder zum Verschwenken der Ladeplatte (16) um die vertikale Schwenkachse (2o) auf. <IMAGE>
