Abstract (en)

The mechanism alternately supplies a consumer unit via two passages, having a control plunger working in a cylinder. In each control position this delivers high-pressure air to one of the passages and shuts off the other one by masking control ports in the cylinder. During a control stroke and when an air passage (DA) is shut off from the high-pressure supply, it is supplied with lower-pressure air via an auxiliary passage (3). A pre-heater is provided for the lower-pressure secondary air, and the auxiliary passage is connected to the high-pressure supply by a pressure reducing unit (31) and it can contain a non-return valve (32).

Abstract (de)

Um bei pneumatischen Steuereinrichtungen, insbesondere für eine Kolbenpumpe (P), bestehend aus einem Steuerzylinder (1) und dort von einem Steuerkolben (2) alternierend gesteuerte Steuerbohrungen, eine Vereisung durch adiabate Entspannung der Druckluft und damit eine Verstopfung von Druckluftleitungen zu vermeiden, wird eine nicht wesentlich abkühlend und gegebenenfalls vorgewärmte sekundäre Druckluft in denjenigen Steuerbereich (17,18) eingespeist, der während des Arbeitstaktes nicht mit der primären Druckluft beaufschlagt ist. <IMAGE>
