Abstract (en)
The device has a container (16), made of an electrically insulating material, holding the electrically conductive coating material, with the HV output of a HV generator (28) incorporated in the container base (20) coupled to the container contents. The electrostatically charged coating material is fed to a spray gun (22) via a coupling line (24) leading from the container. The HV generator is electrically isolated from the container and is coupled to an external earth via a resistance (30). Pref. the coating material is held in an inner container (26) placed within the initial container, with an air cushion providing a physical separation between them.

Einrichtung zum Aufladen und Abgeben elektrisch leitfähigen Sprühgutes, mit einem Behälter (16) zur Aufnahme des Sprühgutes, der aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material besteht,einer Sprühvorrichtung (22) zum Ausbringen des Sprühgutes, einer Verbindungsleitung (24) von dem Behälter (16) zur Sprühvorrichtung (22) und einem Hochspannungserzeuger (28), der von dem Innenraum des Behälters (16) elektrisch isoliert ist, wobei der Hochspannungsausgang des Hochspannungserzeugers (28) mit dem Sprühgut im Inneren des Behälters (16) in Verbindung steht und über einen Ableitwiderstand (30) außerhalb des Behälters (16) geerdet ist. <IMAGE>
