Abstract (en)
The radial scraper mechanism is for star-shaped or linear mineral stores. Above the ground a suspended beam (12) is located with a rope anchor (14). A scraping bucket (18) is provided and to it is fixed a digging rope (20) leading to a first winding drum (24). A lifting rope arrangement (22) leads from the scraping bucket over a head roller (28) provided on the beam point around a tension roller (28) to form a loop and to a second winding drum (26). The one winding drum winds up during at least a part movement of the scraping bucket, while the other unwinds. An adjustment device (50,52,54,56) moves the tension roller (50) to a linear guide (46,48) which is part of the rope anchor of the beam and pref. comprises at least two parallel rope strands.

Eine Abspannung (14) eines Auslegers (12) eines Schrappwerkes (10) weist eine Führung (32) für eine Laufkatze (34) auf, die eine Spannrolle (50) trägt und mittels eines Seiles (54) und einer Seilwinde (56) verstellt werden kann. Ein Schrappkübel (18) wird mittels eines Grabseiles (20) über ein geneigtes Minerallager (16) von einer Wickeltrommel (24) nach oben gezogen. Ein Hubseil (22) des Schrappkübels (18) läuft über eine, an der Auslegerspitze vorgesehene Kopfrolle (28) nach hinten zur Spannrolle, dann wieder nach vorn zu einer Umlenkrolle (52) und von dort zu einer weiteren Wickeltrommel (26), die gleichachsig mit der Wickeltrommel (24) angeordnet ist. Die Kopfrolle (28) ist an einer Wippe des Auslegers (12) gelagert. Der Wippe sind Positionsschaltglieder zugeordnet, sodaß in Abhängigkeit der Hubseilspannung die Spannrolle (50) linear verstellt wird, um Schlaffseil und eine Überschreitung eines Spannungshöchstwertes zu vermeiden. Durch Verstellung der Spannrolle (50) erfolgt auch der Aushub des Schrappkübels aus dem Materiallager. Die Spanrolle (50) ist an einer Laufkatze (34) gelagert, die ihrerseits an Seilsträngen der Seilabspannung (14) des Auslegers (12) geführt ist. <IMAGE>
