[origin: EP0702117A1] The roof edge mounting has a first lower profile (A) fixable directly on a flat roof and which has a cover part (23) locating on a flat roof cladding (4). It also has a downwardly directed stop rail (6). A second upper profile (B) also has a cover part (24) which locates at a distance over the cover part of the first profile, together with a cover rail (25) running at a distance in front of the stop rail of the first profile and completely covering it. For fixture of an attic cladding (22), a third profile (C) is available which is fixed beneath the first and second profiles on a building wall (26). The third profile is equipped with U-shaped retainers, upwardly open, for a part piece (27) of the lower edge (28) of the attic cladding.
